We use the Mini Back illuminated letters when we want to achieve the effect of backlit letters. The light sources are placed in the body of the letters and are rotated towards the façade. As the lettering is offset from the façade, the reflected light from the façade creates a very nice and elegant effect around the letters.
The letters are milled using a CNC cutter from PVC board material and the technology used allows us to create small characters with fine detail.
Mini Back light letters are designed for exterior or interior use.

Description
– The body of the illuminated letters is milled using a CNC milling machine from 19 mm thick foamed PVC with a facade paint finish
– The front surface of the font can be supplemented with an additional layer (plexiglass, AluBond, sheet metal, plastic, wood, …)
– The letters are attached to the substrate with spacers and are offset from the substrate by 4 cm
– On the back side of the letters, light sources are placed in a milled groove
– Lighting is provided by high luminous LED modules of Slovak production
– MeanWell transformer with protection against overheating, short circuit and reverse polarity
– Manufactured in accordance with the relevant technical standard STN EN 50107-1:2003-04 (34 1370)
Our proposed solution is optimized based on experience with similar projects. The price calculation includes high-end LED modules from a renowned Slovak manufacturer. Power supply of the LED system is using high quality MeanWell transformers. The entire LED system is tuned to provide the highest luminous intensity at the lowest possible power consumption and guarantees trouble-free operation and a very long lifetime (up to 75,000 hours = 8.5 years with 24-hour illumination).
