Light Letters Block are designed for small to medium size lighted signs. They are only 3 cm deep. They have found their main application mainly in shopping centres. They are also often designed as image logos for offices, receptions or meeting rooms. They are produced on a CNC milling machine and this method of production allows us to produce even very small signs with a height of 10 cm.
Block light letters are available in two versions. The Block Front version is illuminated from the side and front. If desired, the side can be sprayed in black, for example. In this case, the letters will only illuminate the front side. The Block Side version shines only to the side as an additional layer of opacity material or foil is glued to the front surface of the letter. We can produce Block light letters for both interior and exterior use.

Description
– The letters are cut with a CNC cutter into a 30 mm thick Plexiglas block
– Plexiglas is specially designed for illumination by LED modules and ensures uniform illumination of the letters
– Translucent film or another layer of opaque material can be adhered to the surface of the Plexiglas block or printed on a UV printer
– Lighting is provided by high luminous LED modules of Slovak production
– MeanWell transformer with protection against overheating, short circuit and reverse polarity
– Manufactured in accordance with the relevant technical standard STN EN 50107-1:2003-04 (34 1370)
Our proposed solution is optimized based on experience with similar projects. The price calculation includes high-end LED modules from a renowned Slovak manufacturer. Power supply of the LED system is using high quality MeanWell transformers. The entire LED system is tuned to provide the highest luminous intensity at the lowest possible power consumption and guarantees trouble-free operation and a very long lifetime (up to 75,000 hours = 8.5 years with 24-hour illumination).
