CNC milling machine
This equipment is essential for the production of illuminated and non-illuminated advertisements. It allows us to carve 2D or 3D motifs in any material – plastic – foamed PVC, solid PVC with a precision of 0.001 mm

The working format is 3.000 x 1.500 mm. However, we can machine almost any dimension by moving material or joining machined parts.
CNC laser
The laser is equipped with a 130W CO2 tube, which makes it suitable for engraving and cutting all non-metallic materials such as plastics, leather, wood, glass, ceramics, plexiglass. All the above mentioned non-metallic materials and anodized aluminium can be engraved. The thickness of the laser cut is like a human hair only 0.1 mm, which ensures excellent precision of the cut motif and smoothness of the cutting surfaces. Laser cutting is fast and does not round corners and can cut even intricate details.
The working format is 1600×1000 mm.

Large format printing
Large format digital printing – almost all graphic designs of light and non-light advertisements are printed on HP Latex equipment using original eco-friendly latex inks with an outdoor lifetime of at least 3 years.

Cutting plotter
We rely on Summa’s cutting-edge technology to get the job done. We cut up to a width of 120 cm. Our cutting plotter is equipped with the OPOS system, which allows us to cut printed motifs with an accuracy of one hundredth of a millimetre.

Lamination
We recommend laminating every print from a large format printer that will be exposed to harsh climatic conditions. This protects the printed surface from mechanical damage and strengthens its UV resistance.

Locksmith workshop
The production of illuminated advertising is also about steel and aluminum structures. We use a variety of tools to work on steel and aluminum, such as welders, benders, lever shears, angle grinders, mitre saws and a variety of other small tools.
