Custom Premium light box is a very popular version of light advertising. Its construction looks very elegant, as the entire view part of the box is milled from one piece of material with expertly crafted bends and joints. Compared to the Custom light box, it looks more luxurious and modern. We like to design theCustom Premiumlight box in situations where graphics are not expected to be changed very often.
We offer you 3 design variants. TheCustom Premium Standard light box has all the texts milled and taped with plexiglass – they are therefore recessed 3mm thick AluBond. TheCustom Premium 3D light box has added 15mm thick plexiglass characters, which are carved using a CNC laser. The backlight is located behind the signs inside the box. TheCustom Premium light box does not have LED backlighting placed inside the box, but each sign is made in the form of separate 3D characters. Description
– The front and sides of the box are milled using a CNC milling machine from aluminium composite sandwich material – AluBond. There is a choice of colour shades
– Maximum height of the box is 130 cm, depth from 3 cm, ideally 6 cm and more, width of the box is unlimited, with a slightly visible joint of the over-soldered material (up to 290 cm of one piece of material)
– Logo and lettering are backed with plexiglass (white or coloured)
– In the case of the Exclusive 3D version, the milled holes are complemented by raised characters made of 15 mm thick opal Plexiglas, which is cut out using a CNC laser
– In the case of the Exclusive Block version, the logo and lettering on the surface of the box is made of a 30 mm thick Plexiglas block with its own backlighting
– Lighting is provided by high luminous LED modules of Slovak production
– Transformer MeanWell with overheating protection, short-circuit and reverse polarity protection
– Manufactured in accordance with the relevant technical standard STN EN 50107-1:2003-04 (34 1370)
Our proposed solution is optimized based on experience with similar projects. The price calculation includes top LED modules from a renowned Slovak manufacturer. Power supply of the LED system is using high quality MeanWell transformers. The entire LED system is tuned to provide the highest luminous intensity at the lowest possible power consumption and guarantees trouble-free operation and a very long lifetime (up to 75,000 hours = 8.5 years with 24-hour illumination).
